Content & Safety Policy

1. Core standard
ArchiveFarm is intended only for lawful adult content involving participants who were adults at the time of creation and who freely consented to the activities depicted and to applicable publication. A title, tag, uploader statement or visual appearance alone is not proof of age or consent.
2. Prohibited material
Material involving minors or suspected minors, sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera recordings, sexual violence, threats, or violations of privacy is prohibited. We also prohibit material published without the necessary rights or permissions.
3. Publication responsibility
At present, only the site operator selects and publishes videos. Before publication, the operator must establish a lawful basis to publish, verify adult status and relevant consent, and retain appropriate records where legally required. Videos without sufficient evidence of rights, age or consent must not be published.
4. Age access controls
The home page and individual video pages are designed to display an 18+ self-declaration gate. This is a visitor acknowledgment, not independent age verification. Stronger age-assurance measures may be legally required in some jurisdictions.
5. Reporting and response
Anyone may report potentially unlawful, non-consensual, underage or otherwise unsafe content to archivefarm.contact@gmail.com. Provide the exact URL and a short explanation. Reports involving possible minors or non-consensual intimate material are treated as urgent. Do not download, share or attach suspected illegal material.
6. Future visitor uploads
ArchiveFarm does not currently allow visitor uploads. Before enabling them, the site must implement appropriate account rules, uploader authorization checks, moderation, abuse reporting, and age/consent safeguards, and update these policies.
7. Enforcement
Reported material may be disabled or removed while facts are reviewed. Where necessary and legally required, we may cooperate with competent authorities.
