Copyright & Takedown Policy
Effective date: October 29, 2026 · Adults 18+ only
1. Respect for rights
ArchiveFarm respects copyright, privacy, publicity and other lawful rights. Content must not remain published where the operator lacks the necessary authorization. Public availability elsewhere is not, by itself, permission to republish.
2. How to report content
Email archivefarm.contact@gmail.com with the subject “Content Removal Request”. Include the exact ArchiveFarm URL, the material concerned, the right or safety issue involved, your relationship to the material, a reliable way to contact you, and any supporting information you can safely provide.
3. Copyright notices
For copyright claims, identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing page or video, your contact details, and a statement explaining your authority to act for the rights holder. Include an accurate statement that the information supplied is truthful. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive material by ordinary email.
4. Privacy, consent and safety reports
People depicted in content may request urgent review of material involving them, especially where consent, age, privacy, coercion or exploitation is in question. A detailed explanation is helpful, but do not send or redistribute illegal material as evidence.
5. Review and removal
We will review sufficiently specific reports and may restrict access, remove content, request further information, or preserve necessary records. Content credibly suspected to involve minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other serious abuse should be removed or disabled promptly while assessed, with reports to competent authorities where required. We do not promise a fixed review deadline that we cannot guarantee.
6. No automatic safe harbor
This policy does not assert that ArchiveFarm qualifies for any particular statutory safe harbor, including the US DMCA. Applicable legal duties depend on the operator, jurisdiction and nature of publication.
